Some people think you should never buy the first or last ticket within a book because they never win. Unfortunately, this type of thinking is based on emotions and not reason. All tickets within a book have an equal chance of winning, so you shouldn’t be concerned about buying the first or last ticket or ticket 13, etc. If it makes you feel better not buying these tickets, then good for you, but it’s not going to help you win…
